Ashlee Sitze MA, LPC

Ashlee is a Licensed Professional Counselor providing telehealth and in person services within Missouri for individuals and families ages 12 and up. In person sessions are now available in Cape Girardeau, MO. Ashlee received her MA in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University 2015. She has years of experience in case management, crisis advocacy, outpatient treatment and residential treatment, beginning with her undergrad internship at the Safe House of Southeast MO in Fall of 2011. Her intuitive, client centered approach utilizes a variety of training including Trauma-Focused therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She serves on the Council for Southeast Missouri Suicide Prevention as the Volunteer Coordinator, and helps with planning and running various community groups through the organization.
